Terms
The rules for using Studio, in plain language.
About these terms
Studio is provided by Moshi Inc., the company that runs img.pro. By using Studio you agree to these terms. You sign in with an img.pro account, and img.pro's own Terms also apply to that account and to your images stored there.
Who can use Studio
You need an img.pro account, and you must be able to agree to these terms where you live. If you use Studio for a business, you agree to them for that business.
Your content
- You own the photographs and text you add to Studio.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you add, including any permission needed from the people in your photographs.
- You give Studio permission to store, resize and display your content as you publish it, only to run Studio. That permission ends when you remove the content, apart from copies that take a short time to clear from caches.
- Studio presents your work. It is not a backup. Keep your own copies of your original files.
- Each site holds up to 1,000 photos.
Acceptable use
Don't use Studio to:
- publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- publish sexual content involving minors, or intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- send spam, phishing or malware, including through contact forms;
- disrupt Studio, or access it in ways it isn't built for, such as scraping or overloading it.
We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these rules.
Reporting content
To report a site or photo that breaks these terms or infringes your rights, use img.pro/report or write to report@img.pro. Copyright notices go to dmca@img.pro.
Public addresses and usernames
Your site is public at studio.img.pro/your-username once you publish it, and search engines can find it. Usernames are first come, first served. We may take back a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is misleading. When you change your username, your old address redirects to the new one for 90 days. After that, someone else can claim it.
Studio+
Studio+ is a paid plan billed by img.pro under img.pro's terms, including its refund rules. The price is shown before you pay. You can cancel in img.pro at any time. What Studio+ includes is described on the Studio+ page in Studio.
Your domain
You keep your domain and pay your registrar for it. Studio doesn't register or sell domains. If Studio+ ends, your domain sends visitors to your free address for 30 days, then Studio releases it. When you remove a domain, delete its DNS records.
Changes and ending
Studio is a new product and will change. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms, we'll post them here with a new date, and using Studio after that means you accept them.
You can stop using Studio at any time, and you can disconnect it in your img.pro account. Disconnecting Studio in img.pro deletes the photos you added through Studio, takes your site offline and ends Studio+ without a refund. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we need to in order to protect other people or comply with the law.
Disclaimers
Studio is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep Studio running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Moshi Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Studio is limited to the greater of what you paid for Studio in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and the way disputes are resolved are the ones in img.pro's Terms, and they apply to Studio the same way.
